Dallas’ largest office party will be held at Trinity Groves on the evening of Thursday, May 3 with festivities before and after the first annual Dallas Corporate 5K (hosted by the Dallas Marathon and benefiting United Way of Metropolitan Dallas). Corporations, community groups and individuals are all welcome to participate.
Registration for the 5K is $49 per participant and includes a participant t-shirt, a unique finisher item, entertainment and ten Trinity Groves dollars, allowing guests to sample food from one of Dallas’ most popular dining destinations. Area professionals and businesses are encouraged to register and participate as a group for a unique team building experience. There will be both running and walking divisions, along with industry winner team awards.
“We are excited to expand our program calendar and grow our footprint in Dallas’ running community,” said Paul Lambert, president of the BMW Dallas Marathon. “From seasoned runners to joggers and walkers we hope to see colleagues and co-workers participating together in what’s sure to be a memorable team building event.”
The Dallas Marathon has been a part of the D-FW running community for nearly 50 years and the Dallas Corporate 5K marks a significant expansion in the organization’s programming, which in past years had focused on its December marathon and half marathon events.
The Dallas Corporate 5K will be held on May 3, 2018, at Trinity Groves. Additional onsite activities and entertainment will be announced closer to the event. Registration can be completed by visiting DallasCorporate5K.com.
