The attendees of Savor Trinity Groves, one leg in the Savor Dallas food festival series, partook in a one-of-a-kind experience Thursday night catered by nine new or soon-to-be restaurants in the neighborhood.
Located at the base of the Margaret Hunt Hill Bridge, Trinity Groves is an up-and-coming area dedicated to independent businesses. The vendors that participated in the event Thursday are undoubtedly shaping a tasty future.
Savor Trinity Groves was a test of tactics, as patrons filled the venue and lines for the food booths grew longer as the night progressed. The venue sold cleverly designed plates that held both mini portions of food as well as wine glasses so patrons could wait for the next dish while wining and dining.
